Our Crackin’Crunchy Bikkie Balls

The perfect bite-sized sweet and crunchy treat for when the 3pm munchies hit you hard!

Makes roughly 26 balls

What you’ll need for the balls:

  • ¾ cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of desiccated coconut
  • 5 x packets (10 biscuits) of Aussie Biscuits Macca Nut Crunch
  • 5 x packets (10 biscuits) of Aussie Biscuits Ginger Crunch

What you’ll need for the crunchy crumb:

  • 4 x packets (8 biscuits) of your favourite Aussie Biscuits flavour (makes ¾ cup crumbs)
  • ¼ cup of desiccated coconut

How to make it:

  1. Using a food processor or zip lock bag and rolling pin, crush your bikkies until they resemble a fine crumb. Uneven crumb sizes is fine! Then place into a mixing bowl
  2. Stir through cocoa powder and coconut. Mix well to combine
  3. Slowly add condensed milk, mixing well each time. You want the mixture to come together so you can roll into balls, but not too wet or they won’t hold their shape
  4. Spoon 1 heaped tsp-sized mixture at a time into your hands. Then roll into balls
  5. Roll the balls into the extra bikkie crumbs and coconut
  6. Set in the fridge for at least an hour before serving
